In 2019 we managed to acquire a unique plot of land in the village of Lázně Libverda. It is a place with an unforgettable view of the surrounding peaks of the Jizera Mountains. Moreover, it is directly adjacent to the Protected Landscape Area of the Jizera Mountains. And all this in the intravilan of the spa village of Lázně Libverda.
Our initial idea was to create a closed complex respecting the Jizera Mountains architecture and offering its inhabitants a unique view. The project phase lasted almost three years and during this time the final concept of the Jizera Chalets was created, houses built to the highest standard and using the latest technology.
We build our houses ourselves, it is the only way we are able to control the quality and have the confidence that we can stand behind the result. Plus, we live in the area, which is why we are so concerned about precision workmanship that respects the local beautiful landscape and environment.
Within our project we offer two types of houses. Chalet and Chalet +, with a living area of 203 m2 and 248 m2 respectively. Both chalets are equipped with a wellness area including a Finnish sauna from the renowned supplier Dyntar. The superior living space will allow for the realization of all your ideas of dream living.
We use top quality materials from proven suppliers on our houses. All-aluminum windows in matte black finish including front window blinds, flush solid oak doors and flooring. Underfloor heating is provided by a Stiebel Eltron heat pump, and there is a solar panel system for hot water heating. The houses are also equipped with Canadian wood burning stoves to create a pleasant mountain atmosphere. All systems are controlled by a Loxon smart home. The chalets are equipped with a 4K camera system including a connection to the central security desk.
All driveways and sidewalks are paved with granite blocks, the facades are all-wood. We want to stay as close to nature as possible.
The interior of our chalets combines traditional mountain materials and modern style of today. From all the oversized windows you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding Jizera Mountains.
We want you to be able to start living right away, which is why we deliver our chalets ready to move in immediately.
You can see what your dream home can look like in our sample Chalet +. We also have a second Chalet + ready in shell & core condition, meaning you just choose the decor of your floors, doors and the look of your bathrooms.
After the specification of the kitchen and sauna, you can have your chalet exactly as you want it in a few months.
The Jizera Chalets are located 125 km from Prague, the D10 motorway takes you to the close proximity of the Libverda Spa. The last 25 km you drive on newly repaired roads, the whole journey will take you just over 90 minutes if you respect the road limits. It takes 25 minutes to get to Liberec.
Lázně Libverda is a village in the heart of the Jizera Mountains. This strategic location offers a lot of fun in every season. Whether it is the close proximity of the largest Singltrek (300 m from one of the boarding points) for mountain bikes in the Czech Republic with a total length of over 120 km, or the proximity of the Jizera Mountains Highway for classic skiing (12 km). For lovers of downhill skiing, it is ideal to visit the recently established ski resort Swieradow Zdroj with its 3.5 km of slopes (15 km).
The Jizera chalets are not a mass construction. In each stage we build two to three houses. We pride ourselves on quality, we do not compromise. We will be neighbours, so your satisfaction is our main goal.
There will be a total of 8 houses in the Jizera Chalets gated complex. The above-standard area of all plots is 1 600 m2. All plots will be fenced with a traditional mountain fence made of granite posts with natural boards, which will visually separate your plot from the surroundings, but will not disturb the character of the mountain landscape. An entrance gate to your plot is also included.
In the first phase, two Chalets + were built, each with a living area of 248 m2. In the second phase, two Chalets + will be built with 203 m2. So you now have a unique chance to choose the type of our chalet that will match your ideas. Either from the two already completed or book one of the chalets that will be built in the second phase (2025).
